INSTRUCTIONS FOR TEMPLATE USE
Do you have a committee or panel who needs to interview and select candidates? This is the template for you. Keep track of time and interview details in the Schedule module. Enable a set of Polls for all candidates containing pertinent questions to evaluate and learn more about them. Each interviewer will write comments on the candidates’ responses to the questions and rate how competent that person is on each subject. Everyone involved in the decision process will have access to the candidate’s resumes using the materials module. Make sure your hiring managers are gathering consistent and objective feedback on candidates, which can help them make more informed decisions about who to hire.
